,  MJ helps busy men, women, and children live balanced lives comprised of physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual renewal by suggesting and supporting food and lifestyle changes to increase energy, maintain a healthy weight, and reduce stress.
 

 

has a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from New York University. She began her commitment to the healing arts as a Captain in the United States Army Nurse Corps, where she specialized in pediatrics/neonatal intensive care.  She is certified as a holistic health coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and was trained by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to listen to, encourage, inform, and support her clients.

 

Additionally, MJ obtained a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Acting from American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, where she learned the essential tools of the performer:  listening and storytelling.  As a professional organizer, trained by expert Julie Morgenstern, she witnessed people who were overwhelmed by their clutter overcome feelings of guilt and inadequacy.  MJ believes that awareness is the key to transformation and that her various skills will facilitate her clients' quest for balanced lives.
